About Bryan Lynch

Bryan Lynch is a Certified Real Estate Appraiser covering the Placer, Sacramento, Nevada, El Dorado, Yolo and Yuba counties since 2005. He is a member of both the National Association of Appraisers Designation (MNAA) and Sacramento Real Estate Appraiser Association (REAA).

 

Bryan completes private (non-lending) assignments such as estate, date of death, trust, retrospective (historic value), pre-listing, divorce, etc. Regarding lending appraisals, Bryan is both a VA and FHA approved appraiser. He works with many direct lenders and selective appraisal management (AMC) panels.

 

Bryan has experience with a variety of properties ranging from suburban to  rural/country/acreage properties. Regardless of the assignment, Bryan always places quality of work, detail and excellent communication with his clients as priority. He is also positive resource in the community for appraisal and market related topics with his real estate blog.

 

Bryan holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Sacramento State University. Outside of work, he spends most of his time with his family. He also enjoys sports, coaching, outdoor activities, music, art and is an active member of his church.
